We are looking for a Zoom Support Engineer – Mechelen,BE

Scope of the job

You will report to the ITS Infrastructure Manager and will be responsible for supporting the Zoom Collaboration Tool within our Center of Excellence. You will work in an international environment that provides Information Technology Services to all employees across the company.

As a Zoom Support Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Provide support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by internal, external customers and other team members
  • Set Up Monitoring, proactively identify issues
  • Identify bugs, test, reproduce, report, and work with the Zoom Integration Partners to assist with a fix and test/verify fix versions
  • Provide ideas and assist with creation of documentation and training material for internal and external Support
  • Maintain clear, concise, and positive communication for all cases in a timely and efficient manner including follow-ups with customers, team members and external Support Channels
  • Be and stay familiar with the Zoom Collaboration Tool, offerings, and integrations as well as those of software and hardware competitors or partners in the industry

Job requirements

Who are you? 

  • You have a Bachelor degree and/or relevant experience as a Zoom Support Engineer, preferably in an international Healthcare environment.
  • You are assertive and stress-resistant and are able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • You are solution oriented, proactive and client focused with excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. French would be an asset.

You have the following technical knowledge:

  • Familiar with Cloud Based Applications
  • Experience in managing Zoom Hardware and Software, Zoom Portal, NUC, Logitech and Polycom
  • Experience with H.323 and SIP protocols from a hardware and network standpoint
  • Experience and knowledge of PBX systems are desirable
  • Network experience, Routing and Firewalling
  • Administration of Exchange, Office 365, email and calendaring tools
  • Active Directory federation and Single-Sign-On administration
  • Experience managing a virtualized infrastructure
