We are looking for a TALENT SOURCER/HR Marketeer to join our Talent acquisition team
Scope of the job
As talent sourcer/hr marketeer you manage and evaluate all our recruitment channels to find the best possible talents for Galapagos. In a competitive labour market you are the creative brain to attract our talented ‘make-it-happeners’ and strengthen our strong and growing brand in both the young grads and experienced labour market.
You source and attract potential candidates through Galapagos jobsite, social media, external sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, ….)
You are involved in employer branding campaigns across Europe and develop an attractive Talent Acquisition communication
You represent Galapagos at job fairs and congresses connecting with best in class candidates from all over the world
You develop and leverage a network and reach out to our ‘make-it-happeners’
You generate the interest of candidates in a creative way through social media underlining the unique value proposition of Galapagos
You develop a pipeline of talented potential future employees
You pre-screen candidates through behavioural based video interviewing, to make sure Galapagos invites the best people for face-2-face interviews
You develop internal referral programs to attract interesting candidates from our employee’s network
You partner with schools and universities to set up new ways of collaborating and make a connection between academia and business.
You report on your activities and develop a sourcing strategy based on evidence and data
Who are you ?
You are a young graduate with an economical/communication/social…. degree (preferably Master) and a digital mind set. Your analytical skills help you to analyze the labor market and use the correct sourcing strategy to find Galapagos’ talents. You have a genuine interest in people’s behavior and are willing to learn assessment techniques to understand candidate’s potential, drive and motivation. You are a strong communicator with the ability to draft attractive candidate communication. You are an excellent networker who easily connects with others. Your creative mind helps you to think out of the box and improves the quality of candidate sourcing. You are not a copy cat, but a trend-setter.
