We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer - Leiden,NL
Scope of the job
You report to the Service Desk Manager and are responsible for supporting, documenting, monitoring and maintaining the complete IT infrastructure and architecture in close collaboration with the application and infrastructure teams; installing and maintaining client software, drivers, patches and upgrades; and delivering high level support (including remote support activities). You will work in a small international team that provides IT-based services to all employees across the company.
