For this reason, we are looking for someone to become our Product Manager.

As our Product Manager, you will be responsible to maximize Filgotinib value through strategic management planning process while ensuring its implementation with a crossfunctional collaboration, delivering results and reporting to our Marketing Lead.

Hereby some of the main functions you will develop:

• Develop and implement Country Brand Plan in full congruence with international guidelines, to maximize product potential.

• Develop and implement the Tactical Plan according to the Country Brand Plan, in coordination with international and with other functions in Spain
• Acting as a Project Manager, responsible for organization and approval of cross functional meetings, driving need of educational activities based on brand plans, and in close cooperation with medical to optimize the brand performance.
• Ensure implementation of the strategy with customers (Doctors and Patients) through Medical Sales Force supplying the tools and materials
• Establishment of long term relationship with KOL´s and medical associations for scientific activities planning

• Identify business opportunities and develop business cases.
• Design and execute promotional activities, with special highlight in the creation of digital marketing tools.
• Responsible for promo material processes.

Who are you?

You will need to demonstrate remarkable brand marketing capability (minimum 8 years within the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry), with excellent analytical skills (good knowledge of marketing research, business analytics, ability to digest complex data quickly and effectively, able to present them in a simple and efficient way). You hold solid project management skills, are strong team player and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You do have experience working in the inflammatory therapeutic area. You owe Deep understanding, knowledge, interpretation and usage of Marketing Excellence tools. You know and manage digital tools for marketing purposes.

Solid experience in Rheumatology area is a must.

Last but not least you have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
