We are looking for an intern to join our Analytical Biochemistry Group!


Scope of the job

You will be part of our interdisciplinary research group and will be working with state-of-the art mass spectrometers. With the support of the team, you will be involved in projects in the metabolomic field: development of HPLC-MS method, profiling the change in metabolomic profile upon trigger of different drugs (for both in vivo and in vitro), monitoring of labelled molecules and their pathway downstream with the cells.

Job requirements

Who are you?

The ideal candidate is a master student with a background in Analytical Chemistry and Chromatography. Other previous experiences are a plus.

You are enrolled in faculties such as Pharmacy and Industrial Pharmacy, Chemistry and Biochemistry or Bioengineer and are available for an internship for at least 6 months.

You are proactive and eager to learn. In addition, you like to work hands-on on the instruments as well as analyzing the acquired data.

A solid knowledge of English is required for this internship, since most of the meetings, communications, reports, and activities in the lab will be carried over in this language.
