We are looking for an International Brand Associate Director/Director (Inflammation - Gastro) to join our Marketing team, supporting our growing Inflammation portfolio.
Scope of the job
The International Brand (Associate) Director Inflammation will be an integral part of the Gastro inflammation brand team reporting to the Sr. Brand Director Inflammation and will be responsible for supporting many aspects of the filgotinib launch plan internationally with key focus on omnichannel content strategy and development, in strong co-partnership with Gilead.
The role includes coordination and delivery of key marketing tactics to support a drug launch in a close collaboration with Gilead. The main deliverables include but are not limited to omnichannel content strategy and related content creation.
As the filgotinib launch moves forward this role will grow in complexity and breadth as more elements of the commercial plan are conceptualised and delivered.
The International Brand (Associate) Director Inflammation will interact regularly with the other members of the wider Commercial team and coordinate with other functions including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing Insights & Omnichannel, Compliance, Communications, to help drive initiatives forward and ensure alignment across the organization and with Gilead.

Who are you?
You have a degree in science or business related disciplines. With 10-15 yrs work experience in pharmaceutical industry as brand marketeer and experience with omnichannel marketing, digital marketing from which at least 3 -5yrs in an international environment with clear experience and knowledge from the EU6 markets.
Inflammation / Gastro are preferred therapeutic areas.
Biotech or start up experience adds some points! And if you have worked in co-partnership(s) before, that would be great! You are a digital native with experience in multi-channel initiatives. You are an excellent and fluent communicator in English and you easily connect with others. It goes without saying that you are a team player. Resilient, creative, self-driven, with a proactive approach and positive mindset. You are a make-it-happener with excellent project management and planning skills.
