We are looking for a Customer Service Representative
Scope of the job
Galapagos is launching new medicinal products to markets. The Supply Chain Department ranges from sourcing of the products to the delivery to our customers based in Europe. In this role, you are the first point of contact for our customers with a focus on the German and Austrian markets, supporting them in ordering products, ensuring proper delivery of goods and handling their requests. Your key objective as Customer Service Representative is to exceed customer expectations and to optimise the ease of working with Galapagos.
