We are looking for a Commercial Assistant within our new French organization based in Paris.


Scope of the job

As Commercial Assistant you support the Sales and Marketing teams and ensure the efficient functioning of the office through a range of financial, regulatory, compliance and administrative tasks.


Your role

In particular, you:

  • ensure meetings (office-based, national, regional as well as virtual) are scheduled and local meeting room facilities are arranged accordingly;
  • support the commercial team with all internal and external activities
  • are responsible for set up and follow through of all contract types
  • are frequently in contact with external stakeholders and organize meetings
  • take charge of travel and expense reports of the Commercial management team (Sales and Marketing head)
  • create purchase orders and manage budget allocation and consolidation
  • assist in the preparation and processing of branded documents ANSM deposit
  • support in preparing campaign materials (printing, supply, …)
  • interact with the other Team assistants from the local sites

Job requirements

Who are you ?


You have at least 5 years of experience in an administrative or management assistant role in an international environment, preferably within the healthcare industry.

You have a professional and proactive attitude; eye for detail and perfection together with strong organizational skills; a team player but with the ability to work autonomously with a high sense of responsibility; reliable and able to deal with confidential information in a mature and discrete way.

You communicate easily in written and spoken French/English. 

You have computer literacy and very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SAP). 

You are able to deliver against strict timelines and with high level of accuracy. Your ability to adapt to frequent changing business needs is essential for success. In addition you have a pragmatic and problem solving attitude, and continuously strive to increase efficiency.
