Your role                                                                                                  

 

As a talent acquisition specialist, you take ownership of the end to end recruitment process in collaboration with the HR team.  Accordingly, we are looking for someone who is familiar with full life-cycle talent acquisition process including the assessment of candidate’s suitability and fit, managing the interviewing process, and closing the offers. Someone, who is able to attract and source candidates through a variety of sourcing avenues including direct recruitment, networking with passive candidates by applying various recruitment channels such as the Galapagos job site, social media, and external sites. You will develop a deep understanding of a dynamic fast growing biotech organization's business ecosystem, workforce, and strategic goals to enable you to identify the ideal candidate profiles aligned with these complex business expectations. We are looking for a specialist who is familiar with competency based interview techniques and assist the business managers in interviewing and choosing the right talents for the organisation.   As a digital native or a digital super-user you ensure the state of art sourcing approach to attract the best talents for Galapagos. 

 

Requirements

Who are you?

 

You are an HR professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience with full-cycle recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. You have a creative and innovative approach to talent acquisition which is proven by successful sourcing of talents from a variety of platforms. You have a genuine interest in people's behavior, and you are familiar with assessment techniques to understand the candidates' potential, drive, and motivation. You have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and preferably in Dutch.
