We are looking for a Process & Performance Project Manager.

 

Scope of the job

 

Manage and deliver business process projects from the design until the implementation. Business processes will be linked to the drug development process or supporting cross organisational operational processes of administrative nature.

 

Your role

 

In the initiation of a business project you act as a link between business requirements and the solution. You contribute towards solving process related challenges by leading teams using Lean methods. You identify stakeholders, create a project team and lead the team towards project delivery.

As you install new processes or improve existing ones, you manage resistance to change.

You develop and deploy user adoption and training programs to support the business process implementations. You ensure that the process documentation is available and where appropriate aligned with the procedural documents. You define performance indicators and implement a measurement process.

Requirements

Who are you?

 

  • You have minimum 5 years prior experience in a process improvement role, preferably in a biotech or pharma environment.  
  • You have experience with drug development
  • You have knowledge of process improvement tools (lean, six sigma, business process management). Experienced in project management techniques and knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus). 
  • You have knowledge of group dynamics and change management. 
  • You are a structured and logical thinker with advanced analytical and problem solving skills.  
  • You have excellent team facilitation skills and you can communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation.
