We are looking for an Intern in Translational Science for 6 months – January 2019 M/F full Time
Scope of the job:
The Translational Department' missions are identification of biomarkers which are employed in our research programs. These biomarkers are used for the characterization of target engagement of our molecules in different in vivo therapeutic models as well as in clinical phases.
Characterize and optimize experimental models of mouse systemic sclerosis, investigate fibrosis disease-related pathways and readouts. The intern will use different technologies including, western-blot, gene expression qPCR, ELISA, MSD and multiplexing assays.
The student will be supervised technically and scientifically by a dedicated manager of the team.
