Job description

We are looking for intern for our Protein Sciences department in Romainville.

The Protein Sciences Department's missions are the production, purification and characterization of recombinant proteins which are employed in our research programs. These proteins are used in three major applications: biochemical or cellular assays set-up followed by larger-scale utilization for HTS, biophysical approaches (crystallography, RMN, SPR...), and antibodies identification. We also use protein characterization technologies such as SPR (Biacore), analytical UPLC, DLS.


Your mission:

  • Set-up of the expression and/or purification of new therapeutically target proteins (research-scale i.e. mg). Different expression systems (bacteria, insect or mammal cells) and various chromatographic techniques (affinity, ion exchangers, size exclusion…) may be used.
  • The participation in a technological development may be envisaged (to be defined at the beginning of the stage).
  • The student will be supervised by a manager of the team

Your Profile

  •  You are currently in the final year of a Master 2 or 5th Year of an Engineering School. You are flexible, autonomous and highly motivated. You are a good team player.
